Caitlin Drescher, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in interventional cardiology at Prisma Health in Greenville. Dr. Drescher completed her undergraduate degree at Duke University where she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. She attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Medical Honor Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr.

Drescher completed her residency training in internal medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She then returned to Duke University to complete fellowship training in general cardiology and interventional cardiology. She also received advanced training in cardiovascular imaging including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and cardiac CT. In addition to seeing patients in the office, Dr. Drescher performs procedures including cardiac catheterizations and percutaneous coronary interventions at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

She is passionate about providing high-quality care tailored to the unique preferences and needs of each individual. Dr. Drescher values working as a team and is grateful for the opportunity to care for each of her patients.
