Dr. Jane Horton Simpson
Owner & DentistDr. Jane Horton Simpson is a native of South Carolina. She was born in Greenville, but raised in Walhalla, where she graduated from Walhalla High School in 1998. After graduating from Walhalla High School, she went on to attend Marshall University in West Virginia where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. There she was proud to be a part of Marshall University’s inaugural women’s soccer team. After completing her degree in Exercise Science at Marshall, Jane returned to South Carolina where she taught Environmental Education for the Barrier Island Environmental Education Center located on Seabrook Island for 3 years. Dr. Jane has always had a passion for dentistry and after being influenced by her cousin, who was her dentist, and being filled with the desire to help others and learn more about dentistry, Dr. Jane decided to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Jane soon applied to and was accepted to the prestigious Medical University of South Carolina Dental Medicine program. Upon graduation, Dr. Jane decided to pursue a career in dentistry in the one place she loved, the Upstate of South Carolina. She worked within various locations throughout the upstate before settling in Greer with Crescent Family Dentistry. She is a member of the South Carolina Dental Association, Piedmont District Dental Society, International Dental Implant Association and the American Dental Association. She is also a Premium member of CERECDOCTORS.COM, which is an elite organization providing members in the field access to the latest trends in CAD/CAM dentistry. Dr. Jane is excited about providing high-quality crowns and large restorations in a single visit. Dr. Jane and her husband BJ Simpson welcomed their first child in 2012 and named him Liam Roe Simpson. The Simpsons added Everett Van Simpson to their family in 2014. Not to be forgotten, Dr. Jane’s family also includes their “furry” child, their Goldendoodle Waylon.
